Budget Counseling can assist you in developing a realistic spending plan.

Our certified credit counselors work to help you look at your monthly expense, accrued debt, savings, and whatever future goals you may have.

A Credit Report Review can help clients better understand credit reports, identify information that is incorrectly reported, learn ways in which to improve credit scores, and to help determine if they have been victims of Identity Theft.

Our Debt Management Program enables clients to make one payment through CCCS each month to repay unsecured debts to their creditors. In most cases, creditors are willing to reduce interest rates, and/or waive over the limit and late fees.

Bankruptcy Counseling is required for anyone filing bankruptcy. Sessions for individuals or couples are conducted one-to-one, via the phone or online. In Pre-filing counseling certified counselors assist clients in determining what options are available to them, the differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, and other issues they need to consider. Student Loan Counseling will be provided by a certified Student Loan Counselor. Certified counselors can provide information to assist in all areas of student loan counseling. A session will consist of a credit report pull to verify the status of the student loan debt and a review of the client’s spending plan to determine the ability to pay or seek one of the 12 repayment plans for Federal Student Loan Debt. Private student loan options are very limited but counselor can discuss what assistance is available.
