Position Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in human relations, social work, nonprofit administration, agency counseling or related field. Masters degree preferred.

• Minimum five years experience in managing agency or program, particularly administering services to families, adults, youth and/or children

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Management skills in human resources and finances

Successful candidate will:
• Manage agency outcome data
• Monitor quality of professional services
• Maintain public relations contacts with community/other agencies
• Have strong experience in grant writing/administration and fund development
