Accreditation and Quality Assurance

Lifelines is accredited through COA (Council on Accreditation). All professionals are licensed and follow all COA standards, as well as their professional ethics. A review process is in place to ensure that all COA standards are followed appropriately.

Any personal information obtained for our purposes will be kept in a confidential file as dictated by the Council on Accreditation (COA) guidelines. A Release of Information must be obtained from you before we can give out any of your information. In certain circumstances the law may require us to share information.
