Housing Counseling – CCCS offers necessary counseling and education to help own your own home or continue owning your home. One-on-one sessions last about 1.5 hrs and are free services offered to the community: Pre-purchase and post-purchase counseling Rental Assistance Rent or Mortgage delinquency Counseling Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Reverse Mortgage Counseling Homebuyer Education Workshops are taught on Saturday from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm.
